EBANQ Coin (EBQC) Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the EBANQ Coin (EBQC) Loyalty Program ("Program"), operated by EBANQ and its parent company, Captela Ltd ("EBANQ", "we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Program Overview

• The Program rewards enrolled EBANQ customers with EBANQ Coin (EBQC), a digital token issued on the Polygon blockchain.
• For every one (1) EURO spent on eligible EBANQ products and services, you will earn one (1) EBQC, provided the payment is made in full and received by EBANQ prior to the invoice due date ("Qualifying Payment").
• EBQC is credited to your registered wallet on a monthly basis for Qualifying Payments.

3. Earning EBQC

• Only payments for eligible EBANQ products and services qualify for EBQC accrual. EBANQ reserves the right to determine which products and services are eligible.
• Payments received after the invoice due date do not qualify for EBQC accrual.
• EBQC accruals are calculated and distributed monthly.
• EBANQ may adjust or reverse EBQC accruals in case of refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

4. Nature and Use of EBQC

• EBQC is a digital token issued solely for the purposes of this Program.
• EBQC is not a currency, security, or financial instrument.
• EBQC is not listed or traded on any public or private exchange.
• EBQC may only be sent to a redemption/burn address provided by EBANQ for the purposes of redeeming eligible offers or discounts.
• EBQC cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged with other users or third parties.

5. Redemption

• EBANQ and Captela Ltd may, at their sole discretion, periodically offer special pricing, discounts, or other benefits in exchange for EBQC ("Redemption Offers").
• Redemption Offers may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and availability.
• EBANQ and Captela Ltd are under no obligation to offer Redemption Offers or to redeem EBQC at any time.
• All redemptions are final. Once EBQC is sent to the redemption/burn address, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

6. Program Changes and Termination

• EBANQ and Captela Ltd reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of Program termination, EBANQ will provide notice to enrolled customers. EBANQ is not obligated to redeem any outstanding EBQC upon termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

• EBANQ and Captela Ltd make no warranties or representations regarding the value, utility, or future availability of EBQC or any Redemption Offers.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBANQ and Captela Ltd disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your participation in the Program or use of EBQC.

8. Privacy

• Your participation in the Program is subject to EBANQ's Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described therein.

9. General

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Captela Ltd is incorporated.
• EBANQ reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms at its sole discretion. All decisions are final.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
